Soft is in!
Wedding trends have definitely leaned more towards the softer side of things. Brides are now asking for softer curls, even very loosely done curls, and vintage looks. Often times, creating those looks can be challenging, because the way they were once done cannot possibly be performed on location. Pin curls and S-Waves take a lot of time to form on wet hair, then they take about an hour under the drier (depending on the length of the client’s hair). More modern techniques allows for almost the same shape of an S-Wave to be achieved using only a curling iron, as I did with the above bridesmaid.
